Google to launch Skybender drone fleet armed with technology joined to polemical military 'pain beam'

Google is reportedly about to launch a fleet of drones armed with technology kind of like that employed in skin-burning lasers called "pain beams".

The school big is alleged to be about to equip a secret solar-powered squadron with "millimetre wave" transmitters.
