Finnish telecoms network system maker Nokia (NOKIA.HE) on
Wednesday stated it holds approximately 91 percent of the stocks in France's
Alcatel-Lucent (ALUA.PA) following the second one round of its 15.6 billion
euro ($17.6 billion) all-stock provide.
Nokia has already commenced to mix its operations with those
of Alcatel after gaining manipulate of it last month.
but, Nokia would want ninety five percentage of the shares
on the way to squeeze out the last stake.
